Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your order out quickly! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email.

Please double-check your shipping and billing details at checkout — if an address is incomplete or needs verifying, it could delay your order by an extra 1–2 business days.

Our goal is always to get your fruit goodies to you as smoothly (and quickly!) as possible.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location, so you’ll always see the total before you confirm your purchase. No surprises — just clear and simple rates.

Checking Your Order Status

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email from us with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after you receive the email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

We know mistakes happen! It’s the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address, but if you notice an error, please email us right away at info@fruitcraftlocal.ca

We process orders quickly, so there’s only a small window to update or cancel before your package is on its way.

If it’s too late and the package has already shipped, don’t worry — sometimes it gets returned to us. If that happens, we can resend it to the correct address or issue a refund. (See our Refund Policy for details.)

Note on Extra Shipping Charges: If you paid for upgraded shipping and your package was returned due to an incorrect address, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
